Click the gear icon in the transaction toolbar and then choose Attachments.
If you are attaching an image to an account for which you've enabled mobile and alerts, Quicken automatically uploads the first image to the cloud. For accounts for which you've enabled mobile and alerts, you can also have one attachment stored in the Quicken Cloud for each transaction. You can then view it using Quicken on your computer the next time you sync your desktop software.Įach transaction can have an unlimited number of attachments stored in a Quicken data file, and you can view these images only on your desktop software. The transaction and the photo are then automatically uploaded to your Quicken Cloud data. If you use Quicken on your phone or tablet it's possible to take a photo of a restaurant bill, for example, and then attach the photo to a Quicken transaction entered on your mobile device.
